Shipping Partner

At Phonexprime, we use DHL as our official shipping partner to ensure fast and secure delivery of your orders.

Delivery Time

  • Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after confirmation.
  • Estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
  • Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, customs delays, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package.
  • Any additional customs duties or import taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.
  • You can track your order directly on the DHL tracking portal.

Failed Delivery & Reshipment

  • If the delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, DHL may attempt redelivery.
  • If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs for resending the package.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • In the rare case of a lost or damaged package, please contact our support team immediately.
  • We will assist in resolving the issue with DHL and provide necessary support for claims.
